When you come across good new music, life doesn’t really get any better. As always, music is therapeutic and new sounds can empower a feeling of ecstasy and inspiration. With that being said, the other day I was introduced to an insanely fresh act named Def EXX. When I first gave it a listen, I was immediately impressed with their style and ability to mesh beautiful sounds with an eclectic taste for lyrics.

Def EXX consists of two guys – DanB (songwriter/singer) and RTillery (producer/singer). The duo formed in beautiful and wild Miami. Their Debut Album Exxperiments samples some of their favorite artists, new and old, from Fitz & The Tantrums to John Lennon. They've also add some unique remixes to their repertoire. This album offers a bit of everything – from hip-hop to spoken word, to a colorful splash of Miami Electro. Sit down; enjoy the album and fall in love with Def EXX.
